Comments: This one never made it up. I had layout block at the time of making this and yet I feel that it was quite unique. It was very simple but... different. And it looked good. Loved the colours, they where weird. I didn't keep it because it was maybe a bit too simple looking and I got the picture I'd been wanting for a decade and so I decided to make a layout with it, which was version one of SD, the next layout on this list.

Features: Valkyrie Profile
Comments: I adore this picture! It's Valyrie from Valkyrie Profile and the image can be found here. This was an experiment that turned into a layout and it's not too bad, though I got tired of the darkness of the layout later on. I had to refocus the image in the layout because it was in a terrible state when I got it, but the one from Advanced Anime isn't so you wont have to work on it as much as I did. Looking back, this is a horrible layout!

Features: Sailor Moon
Comments: It's a Sailor Moon layout, by me! The images came from MangaStyle and Boyis. The Boyis image was just used to make the background effect a little more sparkly. It was made on 14th and 15th Dec in PSP7 with slight inspiration from Silver Oracle. The bg effect was made my taking the picture of Usagi and using the warp effect on it. Then the picture from Boyis was added just to make it look a little more special. The only thing about this layout that I would remake would be the bg colour in the banner.

Features: Strawberries
Comments: The idea to do a layout like this came from Peachie, though the idea to use strawberries was all my own. It is extremely simple and only really uses the colours red and green. The hardest two things about this layout were making the curve on the banner and trying to outline the strawberry so it looked natural. I really likes this layout when I made it but 2 months and a bit on and I was really wanting a change.

Features: Boyis Artwork
Comments: This was the fourth attempt I had at making SD a new layout: I would of gone with the first but it wouldn't work with the tables, but I did use the same image. This layout didn't last the usual two months but I'm not sure why. When I first made the layout I was over the moon: it was a really nice, original layout but after a month I just thought it looked extremely plain. I didn't hate it but I just didn't enjoy it anymore. I did love the colours though, and it did take me a very long time. I don't know, my love of this layout just died extremely quickly.

Features: Robbie the Reindeer
Comments: Ignore the terrible looking screenshot, this layout wouldn't resize properly as it never went up. Well, this one never went because it would work with divs unless I edited it a lot and I couldn't get the tables to work either. This layout, if it went up, would of featured unknown character for most of you. It's, mostly, the main character from the Christmas, animated show Robbie the Reindeer that aired in Britan about a year ago. With Alan Snowman thrown in for fun. I put this up here because I didn't want it to never make it up onto the web because I liked it too much. Just like a like Robbie the Reindeer too much but we wont go into that.

Features: Flowers
Comments: One thing ruined this layout for me: it was in div layers and not tables. At the time my tables skills weren't as they are now, so the type of table layout I could code wouldn't work with the iframe in the top image. I have no idea why. It ruined a really nice layout for me. It looks simple but to get the nice, bright look the lilly had I had to use quite a few layers and settings. It was inspired by all those millions of flower layout that are out there these days. Very stereotypical no? This layout was eventually skinned.

Features: Fatal Frame II
Comments: Another of my skinned layouts. This layout featured my then obssesion Fatal Frame. I'd always wanted to do a 'camera' effect on one of my layout and it semmed very appropriate for Fatal Frame since the game has cameras in it.

Features: NG. Evangelion
Comments: I adore this layout. It's so sparkly and bright! I have to admit, though, that most of the layout credits go to Banime for making the wallpaper that featured in this layout. Yes, that's right. I took a pre-made wallpaper, spiced it up and stuck it in a layout. Still, it wasn't a half-arsed wallpaper spice up so it isn't so bad. Overall, I love this layout. Still. It eventually became a skinned layout also.

Features: Photo
Comments: Another skinned layout. I really don't remember where the photo for this layout came from, but isn't it gorgeous? I touched it up a bit, but it's still a lovely image. Shame this layout didn't turn out very well then. I'm pretty sure the failure of this layout was down to one small fact: the headers. I made them too chunky and the font I used wasn't very good. Still, beautiful image. Kudos to whoever took it.
