It's Misha from Pita Ten. I must say it is the saddest Pita Ten image I've ever seen but it is the most lovely. I'd heard of Pita Ten but when I picked up the first manga and saw that image I decided I was going to buy Pita Ten: regardless of the story. It turned out to be a good buy because Pita Ten is amazing: very funny. The layout didn't turn out just as I wanted it to but it still isn't that ba: it's not great though. If the font is a bit small you can always change the size in the .css from 7pt to 8pt. Other than that don't take off the credits and enjoy.
